today nafa.. totally suck.. i screwed everything.. =\ i totally screwed my shuttle run.. i could run 10+secs.. but i ended up wif a 11.6secs.. wad e hell.. i really REALLY nid to get 3pts for my 2.4km.. so beta start training.. its juz 5days away.. =.= tmr got april games.. muz gif in my best to increase my (goin downhill) stamina.. i'm gettin fatter n fatter!!.. though my weight remains e same.. but my waist is expanding..
