I just saw ANTM Cycle 14 Episode 1 on youtube. Omg. Those girls know almost nothing about the fashion industry. When asked to pose like a model of choice for an impromptu shoot, one girl said that she's posing as Megan Fox. WTF to the max! And the rest just said like Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss. Only one was knowledgeable (from what they showed) and said that she's posing as Freja Beha Erichsen. Even Jay was impressed.

Can't stand those people who go like "OMG I love fashion!"

Erm. FYI. I don't think you know much about fashion.

I know not everyone has the money to buy magazines or has internet access but if you're truly passionate about fashion I'm sure there are ways to express them. Like DIY-ing, instead of "OMG! I love shopping!"

Shopping is shopping. It doesn't spell FASHION or STYLE.

Anyway, it never fails to crack me up when I see those blog shops with captions like ASOS inspired or TOPSHOP inspired. Okay, I was stupid to type TOPSHOP inspired for one of my collection once but that was only ONCE! I was ignorant. ASOS and Topshop's stuff are inspired by designers, so that makes your stuff inspired inspired? LOL.

Some people try to not associate themselves with fashion saying that it's stupid and a waste of time. And goes on explaining how they're plain and they like simple stuff. Your simple stuff from those departmental stores (not saying that they are bad) are designer inspired like way pass 2 seasons back. Don't try to discredit something you don't even understand.

I know there are downsides of fashion which I totally disagree with, like FUR and whatever exotic skins. And those fucking rich people who has blogs that shows off all their PRADAs and CHANELs, when their style is totally not inspiring at all. Get real man. Not everyone can afford those and cover themselves with it from head to toe.
