Has been a long time since I baked, so I decided to do something simple just in case my skills got rusty. I did bite-sized rectangular vanilla cakes and vanilla cupcakes with raspberry jam fillings. The end product may look plain but it was so nice! Especially the cupcakes. Hengyi devoured 6 at one go even though he told me that he wasn't hungry. I don't really fancy pretty decorations for my bakies, yes they may look nice but do they taste good? Not so sure huh..
