Okay I didn't want to rant/be a bitch about it but the more I think of it, the more disturbed I am.
I've been covering for a fellow Style Scout's ass for like the past month or so, doing all the assigned blog posts for that person. For the first week, that person thanked me and stuff but after that the person just disappeared into thin air.
Okay let's call that person, BLEAH.
Anyways, BLEAH didn't even bother discussing with us why BLEAH coudn't commit anymore and had to be covered. At least if we talked about it, everything could be planned out and I wouldn't have to be the ONLY one covering BLEAH's ass right? Cause everyone's delusional enough to think that BLEAH will come back and continue writing for the Style Scouts Blog. Yes, BLEAH did make one blog post over one weekend to compensate all the times I had to cover BLEAH's ass. But after that BLEAH disappeared again.
I think it's just really irresponsible of BLEAH to do this cause we all knew what we were getting ourselves into when we agreed to be F3 Style Scouts. I mean BLEAH had to be away for awhile, we all understand that, but the thing is BLEAH didn't even bother talking to us about it! Like discuss on how we can work things out, split the jobs or get someone else to replace BLEAH or something.
NO! NOTHING FROM BLEAH!
And I really think that BLEAH is taking ME for granted, assuming that I would cover BLEAH's ass all the time. Bloody hell. Do you know how much I have to screw my brains up all the time just to come up with something to cover for BLEAH?!
During a meeting with the WingTai team, I made a joke saying that BLEAH's incentives should be passed to me instead cause I've been doing BLEAH's work. Well, thinking back, I should just tell them upright to just give me the god damn incentive. Not that I'm after the incentive, TRUST ME, I'm just peeved that BLEAH didn't do anything for the past month (well ONE POST) and BLEAH gets the same amount of incentive as the rest of us? That's just not right.
Currently my colleague's trying to talk to BLEAH right now but BLEAH's not making it easy for her.
TO BLEAH:
I don't like to do this but as a student from a prestigious school, you ought to know MANNERS and RESPECT for others. I hope you'd come out of it and talk to us. This is not child's play, this is business.
