Some of you may have seen that I've been under "attack" that I've been "cheating" people's money with my shoes/cardigans preorders because I bring in shoes from China, they are of sucky quality and I mark up a lot for those cardigans. Seriously?

Let me clarify some stuff.

1) All my shoes are from Korea, I only brought in shoes from China for ONE collection cause of the nicer designs and I wasn't sure about the quality (which I did inform my customers about).

2) I DO NOT mark up prices like mad. Vestiges price range has always been around there and I always try to bring down the prices as much as I can. If my supplier increases the price, there's nothing much I can do.

3) Someone stated that she's from Korea and she can get those cardigans for max S$25. Why not everyone buy a ticket to Korea to go get the cardigans then? I'm only charging S$30 and S$35, not an arm and a leg for a cardigan plus I'm only earning S$5 per cardigan for this preorder. The previous designs are not available anymore and I only found these current ones which are more expensive. So why did I even bother opening another cardigan preorder, because there are people requesting for another one!

My customers aren't complaining so I don't know why these people have to blast a huge mountain out of something so minuscule.

I can easily say that I'm not opening any preorders anymore cause I have to search for shoes/cardigans, photoshop those photos and etc, which are very time consuming. I'm not saying that I won't be opening anymore preorders cause I appreciate my customers a lot plus I do appreciate constructive feedback/criticism (not those nonsensical bullshit).

To show my customers how much I love them, I'll be giving away 5 pairs of shoes for the next preorder! I'm still thinking of how to carry this out, one thing is certain though, they can definitely choose whatever design that is available in their size.
